    Pros

The faculty is great, lots of recognition was given when earned, and I saw growth in a lot of the students over the years

    Cons

Didn't enjoy getting cursed out and threatened by students, and working with inner-city students was too difficult for me

    Advice to Management

Continue to do a great job, and keep molding young minds! You are the reason a lot of these students will succeed beyond high school.

I knew someone already working there, so the interview process was minimal.
