    Pros

None. There is really nothing posiive to support.

    Cons

Grossly underpays, has not business plan, allows incompetent manage to reign terror upon employees. Business plan is truly nonexistent, much less unsuccessful. Allows certain employees to simply not do their jobs and allows them to place blame on others. Horrible company at BEST, but truthfully abusive. Also very cheap. Only wanted to pay half of Internet bill and cell phone. Gave me a unrealistic budget for cell phone plan.

    Advice to Management

Shut down your "business" as you are simply incompetent.
