    I have been working at Il Fornaio full-time (more than 5 years)


    Good money, nice staff and nice customers. Has a great view and when it's busy there is a lot of opportunity to make a lot of money. Also has great looking people coming in.


    Not the best management, management went downhill starting from the head chef and general manager. Miss old management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Bring your passion back, and treat your staff better. Corporate management should learn to care about the people that are making them money, it doesn't make sense that the CEO is the only person who comes to the restaurant and greets the employees and shakes their hand. That little gesture increases morale a TON. This does not pertain to the President Beatrice or the CEO Hislop, they are AMAZING.
