Our ITW businesses hire entry-level candidates directly to fill specific needs, but ITW also offers opportunities to college graduates through our Emerging Leaders Development Program.
ITW’s ELDP places recent graduates in two 18-month assignments.
- A three year program in disciplines such as engineering, operations, sales and marketing and human resources.
- Work within one, or two, of our selected business segments: Specialty Products, Welding and Food Equipment. More business segments will be added to the program for 2014 hires.
- Take on challenging assignments that provide exposure to specific business segments and develop core competencies for effective leadership within our global organization.
