Imerys has many employees with long tenures and has a robust bonus program for managers.
The decentralized management style often leads to unfair application of company policies, as well as prohibits career development group to group. Internal growth is discussed a lot at the upper management level but this doesn't transcend to those in the daily grind activities.
Advice to Management
Set the tone from the top and then inquire with staff what the mission and objectives are and how they can impact those goals.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Imerys (Roswell, GA).
The Hiring process at IMERYS was long, however, the leadership team was very knowledgeable. The entire process took 2 weeks, with two in person interviews. I was presented an offer after my second interview
