I have been working at InBev

    Pros

Great company culture for highly motivated individuals. Everything is results driven. If you perform you will be compensated and given the ability to switch roles frequently. Lots of perks associated with the products. (free beer)

    Cons

The competitive results driven culture is not for anyone. They are always hiring young motivated people and they will gladly replace you if you are not performing to their level.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at InBev in January 2015.

    Interview Details

I applied online for the GMT position in Germany. First you are required to pass three tests: 1) Cultural Fit, 2) Situational Strengths and 3) Logical Reasoning. Then I was asked for a phone interview last week. The phone interview began with some questions about my self, when did I graduate, my nationality, and the languages I speak. My interview ended there and I did not had a chance to prove my self worthy for the job. As the job was based on Germany they required someone with fluent german. The interviewer told me that a C1 German level is still considered a beginners level even after I clarify her that it is an advanced level.

Dierks Bentley's "Is there anybody out there who wants to have a cold beer?" echoes the offer of Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev). The No. 1 beer maker in the world, by volume, produced 399 million hectoliters (more than 10.5 billion gallons) of beer in 2010. It widened its industry lead and brewing output considerably in 2008 with its $52 billion purchase of the US's Anheuser-Busch (A-B). Combined, AB InBev boasts a product list of 200-plus brands, including global best-sellers Budweiser, Stella Artois, and Beck's. The Belgian brewer holds a slew of regional beers... More
