    I worked at Inadco full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Very strong engineering team. I like the product direction as it's differentiated from other ad tech companies. CEO has good product vision and is great at getting people excited. Amazing possibilities with partners like Yahoo, Twitter and Facebook. Great location in Palo Alto. Lots of fun events.

    Cons

    Inadco is trying to solve some tough problems so not everything works as well as they would like. Some turnover on the business side, but I think that's due to average performers versus the company having issues. Lunch every day would be nice.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Everyone has worked hard to get to this point, so whatever you do, don't change direction. I feel good about Inadco's prospects.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 daysinterviewed at Inadco in November 2013.

    Interview Details

    Went through an internal referral which led to 2 rounds of interviews:

    1st Round: Met with Director of AM which was then followed by a lunch with the VP of Sales
    2nd Round: 1:1 with CEO

    It's a sales role so expect the standard questions: Have you hit quota? What's your sales style? Personality related questions

    • Nothing quite difficult---CEO & VP are looking for go getters who are able to define their 30-60-90 plan. Strategic Account Planning is a must.   Answer Question
