SharePoint is clearly the focus and you will learn many of its supporting technologies
Rarely, if ever, work on anything that is dated
CEO, Gary Biniak, is all about team building and giving people with potential a real chance
Training is video based, peer based and OTJ, but you are surrounded by domain experts and people at your own level and the environment is very team oriented allowing for learning
Company takes risks and even has even invested in SharePoint based product development with some success.
Operations people are very friendly
IncWorx uses SharePoint Internally for a lot of business process, document storage, time tracking, billing, etc... IncWorx builds automated systems to manage it's Line of Business, that nice to see and also be a part of the design and development process.
Rewards Winners, appreciates team environment. Doesn't hire ego's, hires to maintain it's culture which is very cool and rare.
Feel like I'm part of team and the my contributions really count toward the bigger picture
IncWorx has been hiring employees all over the country and we use video conferencing frequently to keep the team cohesive.
Mentoring is a big thing here.
Travel is very minimal.Cons
there is no exit on 90 heading east to get off at roselle rd, commute can take a little longer sometimes.
