Leadership truly cares about their employees and foster a comfortable, but productive, work environment. There are many opportunities for advancement and people often change positions/departments.
Working at a large university can make it difficult to learn all of the various departments, units, etc--particularly for those who did not attend IU as a student. Making an effect to build relationships across campus goes a long way.

Keep it up! The leadership of IUF takes the time to share organization strategy and insights with the whole IU staff at quarterly staff meetings. Leadership makes an effort to get to know their employees--overall, great place to work
