    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 6 weeksinterviewed at Indiana University Health.

    Interview Details

Initially contacted by Hiring Manager directly via email for on-site interview roughly a month after applying online. Met with management team and was invited back on-site for a peer review with 3 other team members and once again met with management team. After being notified I was referred back to HR for selection it took roughly 3 weeks to receive offer. Also had to attend a presentation by IU Health (geared more towards nursing, bedside manner, etc...) as well as obtain 5+ referrals with 40% needing to be previous supervisors in succession.

    Interview Questions
    • Most questions very straight forward. Nothing above average difficulty or STAR formatted responses.   Answer Question
    Reasons for Declining

Declined offer. Nearly 25% under other lateral development positions in the city. Very long process for such a low paying role. Application clearly asks for expected salary, did not respect my time by still continuing the process.
