    I have been working at Infinity Insurance full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    * good benefits
    * longer lunch
    *laid back environment

    Cons

    The only con is that the work is repetative and gets kind of boring by the middle of the day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They need to fix the way they train in the classroom. Role playing would be good, instead of just having everything crammed in all at once.
