    I have been working at Infinity Sales Group full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    I've been with Infinity for a few months. Went through training and then started on the flex team. The flex team was challenging because the upfront cost is greater. At first, I didn't like being on the flex team but the management team worked with me and everything just started to click. Now I am on the DHA team and doing AWESOME! Starting on flex was hard but the skill-set I learned there has helped me flourish on the DHA team. All you have to do is make it through flex and your home free. It is essentially like boot camp in the military, it prepares you to succeed.

    Cons

    I don't have any cons at this time. Being unemployed is rough and they gave me a chance. There are times where the call volume is a little slow....and naturally, you wish it were busier. There are other times where the call volume is busier and some people complain that there asked to help out...some people like it some people don't. I just love staying when the phones don't stop...it is a great way to supplement my income.

    I applied for a position at Infinity and the Recruiter contacted me within a few days. They gave me a phone interview and then scheduled me for a interview with a Hiring manager. When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I met with the hiring manger who asked my everything from what are my strong points to why did I leave my last job. I was offered a position after having a second interview.
