In 1982, Gary and Karen Taylor started InfoCision Management Corporation as a marketing consulting company operating out of their home in Akron, Ohio. The name InfoCision came about by combining the words “information” and “decision”. The Taylors chose the name because, from day one, InfoCision’s goal was to use information to help our clients make the best decision.
InfoCision opened its first official call center in 1985. Recognizing employees with an affinity for the client provide more sincere care, InfoCision hired and trained specialized telemarketing experts called "Communicators" who could better serve our clients. It proved to be a formula for success. Over the next two decades, InfoCision consistently produced superior results and experienced significant growth and expansion.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at InfoCision.
Applied online and got a quick follow up message to schedule a phone interview. Went through the basics with the 1st phone interview and the person I chatted with seemed interested that I speak conversational Spanish, have customer service skills, have worked remotely in the past, and currently work in the retail wellness industry. This person went over what was expected for the in home, remote employee job. Then, told me to wait for more instructions on a 2nd phone interview. About a week later, I was contacted to set up a 2nd phone interview and to be prepared to read over the phone. I did this and then about another week later, got my rejection email! I guess they did not like my reading style!
- They asked me to read out loud over the phone for them. I was told to have reading material handy for the 2nd call before the call. I read out loud, and was told when to stop reading. Then, a week later, I got the rejection email. I guess they did not like my reading style! 1 Answer
