A lot of autonomy
Great hours - I work nights or weekends only when mission critical projects require it

Nothing special: standard industry interview. Wide range of people, standard questions. We had a few overlaps during the interview: people didn't know that they had to conduct the 1:1 interview at the moment they were supposed to, so some of them had to re-schedule for the next day – Full Interview
