    Pros

    Payments are on time without any delay

    Cons

    management here is ok, sometimes they don't even know few things what they are working and no proper explanation on questions asked anything related to work or immigration etc..

    One bad thing about this company i would say is they are not transparent about PO (purchase order), they will never reveal correct billing what they are charging from any Vendor or Client, they expect you to trust them.

    If you ask them you want to see your PO, they will show you some paper which reflects exact billing what they mention to you, but if you ask for proper proof lets say email confirmation from vendor showing PO, they will just say its not a company policy.

    While joining they will promise for 80-20 pay on percentage bases, but looking at the facts it could be 70-30 or even 60-40, you never know.

    If you are looking for making good money and people who value your skills and effort then this is not a best fit for you.

I interviewed with the VP of Sales. He liked my tenacity and organizational skills. I created a 30 - 60 - 90 - 180 day sales plan, we reviewed it together and I was offered the position
