    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Ingram Book Group in September 2007.

    Interview Details

    Ingram is a huge company, so the HR crew reviews resumes and screens candidates first. The recruiter in Nashville seemed pretty clueless about the job, asking routine questions. I was quickly referred to the hiring manager, who gave me a really good in-depth view of the company.
