Type of work was rewarding. Veteran employees know their stuff. The friendships I made.
Poor work-life balance. Little to no raises. No growth opportunities. Projects are always behind and management never learns from past mistakes. Reactionary, not proactive.
Advice to Management
Listen to the people that do the work. They may know a thing or two. And don't make promises to customers that you can't keep.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days – interviewed at Innovative Solutions & Support (Exton, PA) in October 2013.
Was contacted by a recruiter who set up an interview with the company. Interviewed with the VP of Engineering, then had a panel interview with three others. The focus was on my resume and my ability to communicate with others. The main focus was also on my style of problem solving.
