    Pros

    Amazing and incredibly smart people, awesome culture and environment, great opportunities for advancement and they really care about your career and personal growth, great work/life balance, just all around great place to work

    Cons

    It's a small company so it doesn't have all of the benefits of larger companies but that will come with time.

    Application Details

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Innovid in August 2014.

    Interview Details

    I was contacted by a third party recruiter about a couple roles, one of them being Innovid. I had expressed to the recruiter that I was looking only for product marketing roles at true innovative companies. About a week after showing Innovid my resume, they set me up for a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager. We had a really good conversation, most questions were straightforward--getting to know me and my style. At the end of that I was invited in for an in-person interview. I went to their offices and met for a few min with HR and then the hiring manager again. We again had a great conversation- a refreshing change from just being drilled with questions. This lasted a little over an hour. I was then emailed the next day to have a phone call with another VP who is not in the NY office. We set that up and also, had a great conversation. Questions were thoughtful and very relevant to the role. After this I was asked to provide references.

    I was then brought back the next week to meet the CEO and two other team members. I appreciated this as it gave me a chance to ask more questions around culture, vision, mgmt styles, etc. All very great conversations and nothing that I felt was a huge curveball.
