    Pros

    Management empowers you to take the lead on your dedicated project.

    Cons

    Upper Management doesn't communicate clearly with employees. Performance review is subjective and the process is not cleatly define. High turnover rate of employees is a direct consequences of these two cons.

    Advice to Management

    Need to clearly communicate with employees there faillings. That will allow the employee to have a chance to improve on his faillings.
