I have been working at Institute of Banking Personnel Selection full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Continuos chance of growth by giving more exams every year as well as departmental promotions.

    Cons

Some may find it little odd to live in rural or semi-urban cities dealing with semi-literates everday at job, but on a higher side its a benefit to stay away from expensiveness of metro cities & their pollution(air, water & sound)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Once a month compulsory training & upgradation session for all employees in terms of new technologies and schemes being used in the organisation.
