    I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Intacct Corporation (San Jose, CA) in May 2015.


    I applied online since the position was somewhat related to what I had been doing at a previous job. I had an screen talk with HR first which was pleasant. I went ahead and scheduled an phone interview with the VP of Operations with the company. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He began to ask me about my projects that I worked on at my previous job and asked me some technical questions. After that, I scheduled an onsite interview with them. This onsite interview went ok in my mind. 4 different engineers and asked me a collection of questions from technical to out of the box puzzle questions. Now here is what I can't seem to fathom. Personally I think that a little feedback goes a long way to help someone like myself who is still interview to take the feedback and be better prepared for the next ones to come. Once I got the email saying that I was not chosen, I emailed them back to see if I can get any feedback but I got no response at all.
