    Congenial atmosphere, pay for performance, high regard for employees and their ideas, generous benefits other than vacation, willingness to do what is necessary to win business


    Limited vacation benefit; suffering some growing pains such as lack of procedures in some cases and too much in others

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Intec Telecom (Atlanta, GA) in April 2011.


    Contacted through a head hunter. Initial telephone call with hiring VP and then face-to-face interview with hiring VP, President, VP of Engineering and sales engineer. Intec was most interested in account and telecom knowledge. Presented sales plan for the account using Intec’s solutions (from Intec’s web site descriptions). Extensive travel required.

    Salary and commission were negotiable, but vacation time was not.
