I have been working at Integrity Applications full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

People are among the best in the world at what they do and are good to work with. Minimal politics and the Board is very employee-focused. Benefits are among the best (or THE best) in the industry. Within the constraints of a highly regulated industry there is remarkably little bureaucracy (unnecessary or petty rules), and the indirect support staff goes out of their way to support the client-facing professionals.

    Cons

Government contracting is a challenging environment these days, and the ability to move staff from assignment to assignment is more difficult as positions are cut.

I applied online. The process took 2 months - interviewed at Integrity Applications in January 2014.

    Interview Details

I applied at IAI in early December 2013 and it took about a month before they contacted me. In late January 2014 I interviewed with a series of personnel including; security, HR and eventually a Project Manager. The whole interview process took about two days and they were in quick succession. The Project Manager that I interviewed with was pretty straightforward with questioning and nothing really caught me off guard. If you know the technical aspects of your job and know your resume you'll do fine. After the interview process, it took about a week for HR to inform me I was accepted and I signed my offer.

    Negotiation Details
There isn't much negotiation. They match your overall experience, education, etc. and that is where you fit on their pay band. With the benefits though, it is definitely worth it.
