    I have been working at Intelicare Direct full-time (less than an year)


    This company does a lot to make sure it's engaging its employees. They have a fun committee, a fun room, and the training is very thorough. The pay isn't great, but it's better than fast food for sure! I would say the pay is fair for the work we do. It's not too high, it's not too low. There is also the opportunity to make a bonus and that's very simple to do. The company has a generic health plan but it's a health plan, and they pay most of it for you, so that's really good.


    Parking! Sometimes finding a place to park is a challenge and you have to park on the street.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If there is a way to increase the parking that would be great.

    I applied through other source. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at Intelicare Direct in September 2013.

    Interview Details

    You MUST come with a resume and it must show you meet the minimum qualifications. You then fill out a paragraph on what Good Customer Service means to you. They take you into a room and show you a power point presentation about the company perks and about the business. Then you are taken to a break room given refreshments, and called in one by one for a personal interview. They ask you to tell them a bit about your customer service experience. They ask about past employment and why those jobs ended? Are you looking for something stable? Do you plan to grow with them? They ask you if you have any questions about the process?
