    I have been working at InterContinental Hotels Group as a contractor (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    IHG is a great place to work. IHG strives to be the best place to work and creates a culture where people are free to be themselves, free to grow. They invest in their employees and offers a vast amount of opportunities and benefits.

    Cons

    The challenge for contractors to be come full time employees. This can keep contractors stagnate and limits their ability to grow.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Considering that this is a hospitality, I would make sure that the IHG model is implement for all employees regardless of employment status. Aim higher to make sure that all employees are reaching their maximum potential.

    Interview Details

    I didn't enjoy the process. They brought several candidates who were competing for the same role on the same day, even having lunch together. that's ok for an internship position, not for a senior role. Pretty uncomfortable.

    Interview Questions
    • Questions were OK, but none of candidates got one on one time with the hiring manager. Interview with hiring manager included another candidate at the same time. Akward.   Answer Question
