I have been working at Interactive Health part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great pay and travel reimbursement (travel hours plus mileage!). Great start up position for those who are looking for more client interaction. Straight forward job if you know your stuff.

    Cons

Inconsistent hours (per diem scheduling). Some locations are a long drive and require significant travel time for 6am starts.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Interactive Health (Chicago, IL).

    Interview

Meet with a few individuals for a few hours of interviews at one time. There were 4 people was suposed to interview with but ended up speaking with only 3 of them due to one of them having to leave for the day. The team I interviewed with ranged broadly in personality and the company turned out not being what I initially believed it was all about. Two of the people were not friendly and didn't really have much to do with the position I applied for so they were not able to answer any of the questions I had for them.
