Degrees and skill sets we like to see

  • Bachelor's in computer science, computer technology, or related field
  • Bachelor’s in software or computer engineering
  • Applied networking and system administration
  • C++/C# coding & maintenance, Microsoft environment
  • ASP.Net, Java, JavaScript, SQL
  • ISDN, T1, VoIP protocols (SIP), Microsoft networking and/or Cisco IOS is a plus
  • Microsoft OS administration, networking and application level support skills
  • BS/BA or equivalent in business, marketing, or similar sales discipline
  • BS in education or related discipline (technical training)

    I have been working at Interactive Intelligence full-time


    Front-runner in an emerging market. Laid back and casual work environment. People are among the best in the industry.


    I just wish remote employees get the same perks as the folks in Indy. Establishment discounts, on-site clinic (wishful thinking), social events etc as we sometimes feel left out.

    Pay could be better since the cost of living remotely is much higher vs in Indy. An additional floating holiday would be nice (just comparing the number of holidays in Europe and Asia).
