I have been working at Interim Physicians full-time (More than 3 years)
Best comp plan in the industry by far. Freedom to recruit where you want and with whom you want. No territory or specialty restrictions. Minimal company meetings means more time to produce and make money. New database interface and technology, robust physician lists in database, and wide range of clients with tons of jobs to recruit for. Best back office support I have seen in industry: Professional QA team, helpful travel department, and a Marketing team that sends you leads every day, all day.
Need more recruiters and AM's because our client demand is higher than ever. We have so many open jobs with huge clients that we need new AM's to help run that book of business. More recruiters would mean more of those jobs get coverage. It's a good problem to have but one we are hoping to resolve in the coming months.
Advice to Management
Keep continuing to hire quality, self-motivated people. The past year we have hired some great individuals. Continue to get rid of those who just want to sit around, complain about everything, and have a fixed income of 60k per year. Most of those individuals are now gone and they suck the life out of everyone around them. The culture you have created over the last year is really encouraging and we are in a far better place this time of year than we were last year.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Interim Physicians.
The last step was a 2 hour interview with the CEO, over the phone. He struck me as a "car salesman" type. The rest of the process was very standard, typical. Phone interview, in person, disk profile, etc.
