    Pros

    lots of diversity of projects. lots of autonomy. great people and pace. can take on as much challenge as you want.

    Cons

    in general, it's all on the job training, so some managers are less good. also, el segundo was too far of a commute for me.

    Interview

    I was asked to take the codility and the brainsbuilder test. Codility test was based on array manipulation and brainsbuilder test was based on HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery. The HR called me once I emailed her that I finished the two tests.
