    I worked at Interpharm full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Fast paced environment, multiple products means good exposure

    Cons

    Shity indian managment.people speak in gujrati english..massive lay offs occured when I was working.. i left because of uncertainty as I was on h1b visa. Heard that they are doing well as Amneal now (personally not excited as this is again Indian management)

    Advice to Management

    Most of them are gone anyway..
