    I have been working at Interstate Distributor full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    New equipment, good pay. .32-.38cpm for company refer. great communication for a truck company. plenty of miles.

    Cons

    no chain up pay, bad layover and detention pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    consider paying employees for chaining up if you are going to tell employees in orientation you require chaining.

    As I remember since I have not worked since 2004,Phone interview as I was driving for another company was the entire interview. The actual hiring was in the office and was quite easy.
