  • Increase the base salary to 14 dollars an hour and this would be an ideal job.

    Pros

Commissions can be great if you have a decent hourly wage

    Cons

Hourly pay should increase based on sales revenue for the company. There should also be a better way to move up in the company.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Interval International.

    Interview

I got the job through Robert Half, but followed Interval's normal interview structure. I only met with the department director and another manager. They were friendly but seemed a little desperate.

    Reasons for Declining

After working my contract period with them, I declined taking the job because the department works in an outdated way.
