    People care about you at Interval. Craig is an excellent and accomplished CEO.


    The industry is stagnant and in many cases harms many consumers. Interval makes profit from its customers not using vacation days - I think these nights should be returned to customers rather than Interval profiting from it.

    Advice to Management

    Think of more paths for career advancement at exec levels.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Interval International (Miami, FL).


    There was no interview. I received a call asking me if I could start immediately. My recruiter called to tell me she had an opportunity for with with Interval International and that they wanted me to start immediately. There was no interview process at all.
