Sales, Marketing and Product Management

Software and Systems Engineering
The Software and Systems Engineering teams work to ensure that 9-1-1 keeps pace with new communications technologies, translating customer needs into reality. This group is the largest collection of engineers dedicated to 9-1-1 under one roof.
Customer Operations is the primary point of contact with our customers from deployment through ongoing operations and upgrades. They provide the exemplary levels of customer support as befitting the live-saving nature of our business.
Our Tech Ops team is the heartbeat of 9-1-1. These dedicated individuals are responsible for implementing, maintaining and monitoring the platforms and networks that ensure every single call for help gets where it needs to go whether through our Emergency Call Relay Center (ECRC) or the Network Operations Center (NOC).
Regulatory and Government Affairs
Intrado Regulatory and Government Affairs serves as a sounding board to the nation’s public policy makers and closely monitors local, state and federal policy to ensure the fulfillment of 9-1-1’s critical life-safety mission.
Intrado Administrative Services includes the critical company support functions of human resources, employee relations, legal, finance and facilities. These individuals help make Intrado a great place to work.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week – interviewed at Intrado (Longmont, CO) in March 2015.
Went through a preliminary phone interview with the HR Recruiter. I was then invited to the office for a face-to-fact interview; first meeting with the HR Recruiter to discuss benefits and other HR related topic and then with 2 others; the Manager, Product Support, and a Sr. Tech Support Specialist.
- I don't recall the exact questions but they were very well thought out and behavioral in nature. Answer Question
