I stay because I’ve had multiple opportunities for professional growth and advancement, and more importantly, I believe what we do matters. Our medical devices make a difference in the lives of people who use them – the Company’s brand promise is “Making Life’s Experience’s Possible” and the people who work here have a true passion for the business and the industry. There are a lot of talented and motivated associates at this company.

The Company is definitely going through a turnaround situation, so it’s not a place for people with a weak stomach. We had four executive retirements last year, and we are welcoming a new CEO soon. In this case, I think change is good, but change can create a lot anxiety. However, if you are looking for an organization where you can make an impact, this is a very good place to be.

    Advice to Management

When the new CEO arrives, it will be important to set a clear strategy and drive accountability.

Interview process was very structured. It included an online test that appeared to be an assessment of IQ/ overall intelligence. It seemed a little irrelevant, and was a bit cumbersome to complete.
