    Pros

    good pay work-life-balance Health benefits I was able to pick my own schedule, which is always a plus. The hours and pay are terrific.

    Cons

    The managers are not always very respectful and professional, they have a tendency of talking down to employees in a condescending and not helpful way.

    Advice to Management

    Try to be more supportive in the environment.

    A friend of mine suggested the place to me and I thought I'd give it a whirl. The interview process was easy, I went online and filled it out. They reached out to me via phone call the next day to set up an interview for the following week. After the interview I received a call briefly after saying I got the job.
