    good work environment, interesting and varying assignments, good work life balance, it is not too political, great location, lots of diversity and you learn all about the Canadian financial industry.


    old computers and programs, small company therefore little upward mobility, benefits are just okay and raises are almost non-existential

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Too much micro-management, formal review process is needed, more training and better tools to work more efficiently are needed
