    Pros

You will learn a lot in a short amount of time. Everyone is willing to pitch in and help out. Great pay and excellent vacation time.

    Cons

Not a lot of room to move up and get promoted from within.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Iona College in January 2014.

    Interview Details

Simple, not exhaustive. They want to make sure you exist. Very friendly, collegial. Very small campus; a surprisingly large number of students reside on campus. Decent library. Faculty quality appears to be all over the map. Very few public transportation options.
