    They are doing great as a business and have the backing of a large parent company. The management has good intensions and really cares about employees.


    The culture needs some work. There are a lot of clicks in the departments and there is not a defined culture that everyone can focus on.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in training and development for all employees, not just ones whose managers are proactive or the sales and marketing department. Employee development is key to low turnover.
