    I worked at Irvine Technology full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    ITC offers strong leadership, an entrepreneurial spirit and the opportunity to customize the way in each you position yourself in the marketplace. In such a competitive industry, ITC succeeds with the close relationships between Recruiters and Account Executives to Senior Management. Although there is not extensive training, Reps are given the tools necessary to feel confident when meeting with customers and prospects. Compensation structure is setup to where you can make a lot of money if you are driven to put the hours in!

    Cons

    ITC could offer more structured training to Sales Reps to match what is provided to Recruiters. They are headed in that direction but if the right Reps are brought on board and have the hunter approach, they will succeed without it!
