    its the best in the search business for the nonprofit sector. great people and amazing clients.


    work/life balance can be tough because of workload, travel, and few slow times during the year and business cycle - and salaries comparatively low for the industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The senior managers are wonderful people and wonderful search consultants, but not as interested in running the company. They should hire a "real" CEO to run the business and let the partners just do search.
