I worked at Isis Pharmaceuticals as an intern (less than a year)Pros
The internship program at Isis is really great for not only college level students but also for high schoolers. The culture is very fast paced and you learn a lot about the inner workings of the industry. Its a great way to learn about other departments and network as well. The internship is a rigorous 3 months but at the end all the interns went jet skiing and paddle boarding!!Cons
The final presentation can be nerve wracking especially with the Q/A portion but practicing a bunch and anticipating questions really helps.Recommends
