    Newer upper management has really helped transform the company from "resting on it laurels" to aggressively going after new business and retaining existing business. Company is willing to invest in IT, both staff and equipment, and the company is moving forward.


    Accountability is something that needs to improve. Most people work really hard, but then there are slackers that just kind of coast along. The company doesn't have time for slackers.

    Advice to Management

    Keep moving the company along and hold people accountable. Don't let lazy people slow down great initiatives.
