    Pros

There are many opportunities to improve to systems and the director is very receptive to innovative ideas.

    Cons

Employees are still not taking enough initiatives to work with management team. Some members in management team current (team leaders) are not adequate in leading and guiding staff. There are many hybrid areas that could cause confusion to staff.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 daysinterviewed at JPS Health Network (Fort Worth, TX) in April 2015.

    Interview

Applied online, did a job assessment. Next day the hiring manager wanted to do a phone screen with me. Missed their call so the next day when I called them back they conducted the phone screen right away. They wanted to bring me in for an interview for the next day. The recruiter got in contact with me to set up the conformation email and to do Skill Testing. The next day I interviewed with the department. Everyone was very nice. They told me about the department what it would entail and what I would do. That they would train me etc. It felt more like a conversation rather than an interview. The hiring manager gave me their business card and told me that they would definitely have their HR team reach out to me. I emailed them a simple thank-you note. They replied and told me that they appreciate it and that they would tell me their final decision after they interviewed their last candidate. Sadly I did not get the job and I found out by checking the status online. No email. Overall the process was fast.
