I have been working at JPS Health Network full-time (more than an year)

Great People/ Team Members, Easy to move around, Every Specialty, competitive pay, great benefits, non profit, Nursing Development Support, Good Variety of Injury/Etiology, Level 1 Trauma Center

Location not the most convenient, Slower rate raise changes, Certain Specialties harder to get hired into such as ED and OR. Also, very ICU very selective in new hires.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your are doing a great job elevating the status of nurses in the hospital, we dont often feel underappreciated or neglected here. Thanks for themany opportunities and incentives to grow in our profession.

    Interview Details

I applied for the job online. Within 2 weeks, I received a call from the HR recruiter to schedule an interview for the following week. Everyone I met was very friendly and professional, and I really liked the feel of the environment there. Unfortunately, I did not get the position.
