I have been working at JTB full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work culture is pretty laid back for Japanese standards, with overtime being tracked very closely (at least in my department) and a good work life balance being emphasized. Those around proactively ask if one is alright if someone looks a little under the weather.

    Cons

I think any company large or small deals with issues of communication, but with the size of this company I have definitely noticed gaps that sometimes lead to unnecessary rushes of last minute assignments.
