I have been working at JTB

    Pros

Great communication with co-workers; easy to maintain relationship despite physical distance.

    Cons

Part time work can be tedious. As a freelancer, there is little to no guidance. Expectations are not always explained clearly up front but only when issues arise.

    Advice to Management

Clear contract for all freelancers when starting to work which detail expectations, preferred topics, photo guidelines, etc.

Through a job agency, we met in the room, and they asked about my background and things from the resume. They asked various questions and wanted to know how I learn to speak Japanese and English and how bilingual I was at it.
