    I worked at JTB Hawaii

    Pros

JTB is a respectable company that I worked for. They are stable in management level jobs, so its a good platform to start your career.

    Cons

The pay is a little low, but benefits are decent. They are pretty flexible, but do not enjoy people being tardy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Overall, management was the best thing about JTB. Some employees can get under your skin, but that's just office politics.
