I have been working at Jackson Laboratory

    Pros

Benefits-it's how they keep you around

    Cons

Corrupt Fiscal Department, lack of leadership and direction, bullying by sr. Mgrs, work mismanagement and overload driven by the bottom line that has not been analyzed sufficiently

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wash out entire SMT and COO, and anyone hired by COO. Take a look at current state of affairs in the CIA and you will see that you have the same culture here at TJL
