High energy Fast pace High expectations GREAT training programs Will pay for FINRA and insurance licenses access to upper management great pay for a job you can get straight out of college
Extremely high level of politics They place people in entry management who do NOT have skills to manage Too much time "managing up" Little recognition for just getting your job done - you have to Kiss A to advance Moving most jobs to Nashville.
Advice to Management
Hire managers who are passionate about managing. Recognize those who just do the job - the standards and work load are already extremely high. Have your employees back and fight for them in the political game.
