All levels of management were micro managers and there was no growth opportunity afforded. You were given and assignment and had to complete it exactly how they wanted you to. No question and no input was invited.

Jefferson Regional Medical Center serves the South Hills area of Pittsburgh. The hospital has about 370 beds. In addition to primary care, Jefferson Regional Medical Center offers such specialized services as a heart institute for treating cardiovascular conditions and a physical rehabilitation and sports medicine center. Its emergency department treats more than 50,000 patients each year. Jefferson Regional Medical Center also provides home health care and emergency helicopter transportation services, and it operates nearby outpatient clinics and physician offices.
