    Interview Details

It was an typical PM interview. Not a lot of messing around, or back-and-fourth between HR, the management team and me. The process went like this: there was an HR screening that took about 30 minutes, a panel interview with three managers that took about 90 minutes, and then an offer which was made through HR.

I didn't feel the need to negotiate. The package was good and I found it to be at market rate for the Denver Tech Center area.
