    I have been working at Jerome's Furniture full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Working for Jeromes is great in that it feels like a real family atmosphere. There is plenty room to grow as long as you're willing to work for it. The benefits are definitely plus.

    Cons

    work can be overwhelming and doing multiple jobs at once with not enough compensation. They seem to care more about quantity of quality.

    Advice to Management

    create a separate system in which you utilize a dispatch team to handle strictly delivery calls. And maybe reconsider having our own delivery team and not subcontracting. Higher compensation for the amount of work office clerks do.
